Excellent friendly, professional, competent and helpful staff at reception. Very helpful with the booking in and out. The housekeeping staff was friendly and provided necessities quickly when required. The food services provided tasty breakfasts every morning and we loved the variety of choices. The dining room staff worked very well together. Loved the outside dining area that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The security staff was friendly and helpful in weighing the suitcases prior to departure. The agent that did the booking for the Desert safari tour was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. I loved that it is situated close to the metro station and in walking distance. Could easily visit the tourist attractions. Found a ATM also nearby. Various restaurants are available close to the hotel and metro station I will definitely recommend One Central - World Trade Centre Hotel Dubai

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel near the World Trade Centre in Dubai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to the World Trade Centre, which made attending the exhibition incredibly convenient. The staff specially (Shebaz )were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere made it a nice retreat after a busy day. However, a bit more space would have been appreciated, especially for those staying longer. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary laundry services. Many hotels in the area provide this, and it would be a great addition to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I would recommend the Ibis Hotel for its prime location and excellent service. With a few tweaks, it could be an even more outstanding choice for travelers.

The staff was very friendly, especially Khaled and Ivy. The service was also fast, and the breakfasts were great. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel was surprisingly clean. The location is perfect, and the free internet was consistently good. In terms of price and quality, it even exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased and highly recommend it.

I have visited the hotel during Ramadan and I found Quraan and Prayer carpet. the maintenance supervisor gives a good service for replacing the light over the desk. they send fresh coffee with milk when I requested. they help me heating the food in the restaurant for taking My Iftar in the room

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and in order. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We were impressed by the wide variety of options available, which exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, especially for attending an exhibition at WTC. The fact that it was within walking distance made our daily commute hassle-free. It allowed us to save time and energy, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. We truly appreciated the hotel's strategic location. Also, I would like to thanks to the outstanding service provided by Yasser at the reception. He not only accommodated our early check-in request but also kindly extended our checkout time, showcasing his remarkable dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.
